For the scope of "Terms & Conditions" only, "final customer/s" means any people who, for personal interests or on behalf of a Company and/or Business Operator, do purchase products on this on line shop.

Browsing of this site and/or submission of order/s does means acceptance of the "Privacy Policy" and its contents which must be read carefully by the customer/s as soon as this site accessed.

Customer's Requirements

Purchase of wines and goods from this on line shop can be performed by any people of legal age who is not tutored or restricted by the laws

Products sold on the web shop (The Site)

ITALYBYSKILL SRL  sells Genuine Italian Food, Wines & Liquors made by its owned vineyards/vineries and farms and / or by its partners ( Italian Vineries and Farms included by ITALYBYSKILL SRL  business pool (from now on "the pool" 

In same cases, in order to fully comply the customers direct requests, products can be collected from Italian makers not included by the pool.

Makers non included by  the pool are inspected on site and audited by qualified personnel in order to verify their compliance to the high standard implemented  by ITALYBYSKILL SRL in terms of production procedures, equipment used and compliance to the Italian Genuine Food & Wines Traditions.

Any certificates provided to us are double checked and verified.

Products collected by makers not included by the pool can be accepted, publicate on this web site and sold provided positive results of on site inspections and audits.

Product details are provided at our best as well as picture/s and  any other relevant info, however in some cases, due to browser or to the monitors, colors should appear a little bit different compared to the real.

Pricing

Check out prices include shipping expenses and  VAT. They should be updated by ITALYBYSKILL SRL. 

Customer/s have to verify the final prices prior confirmation / payment of the order/s

 

Sales Guarantee

Terms & Conditions applied do comply the requirements of Part III, Titkle III, Sub I of relevant Italian Laws - Codice del Consum (D.Lgs n°206/2005 amended by D.Lgs n° 21/2014) and D.Lgs 70/2003 covering e-commerce aspects  and are updated in due time in case of new releases.

Payments

Personal informations need for payments purposes are dire3ctly collected by means of encrypted protocols (SSL) enforced by the Payment Services Providers credited  and accepted by the Shopify on line platform.

They cannot be read by ITALYBYSKILL SRL staff  

Payment of orders as well as VAT and shipping costs (if any) will be debited as soon as order/s confirmed and it can be done by means of Credit Card/s, Debit Card/s and E-Money System accepted & authorized by Shopify on line Platform

Orders' Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdrawn (no motivation to be provided) submitted order/s and return back the goods purchased within 14 days from delivery date. The  Customer who withdrawn order/s must inform ITALYBYSKILL SRL via email (info @italybyskill.com) or via phone call (+393662117155) and return back all products in the same condition as they had been delivered. Any damage detected by the customer at time of delivery, has to be immediately reported to the courier personnel performing the delivery and to its Company  relevant department (i.e. Customer Care line) since ITALYBYSKILL SRL cannot be charged of damages due to transfer/trasport.

In case of order/s withdrawal, The Customer will be reimbursed of the whole amount paid, except the shipping expenses, within 14 days from the re-delivery of returned back goods provided good conditions of all items returned. Damaged items and/or alterated items (i.e. wine bottle opened)  will be not reimbursed.

Withdrawal of orders of fresh products (like mozzarella cheese) and products with shelf life less than 7 days)will be granted only if requested prior shipping of the fresh items.
